Payment

We tries to send your order the same day (weekdays) if we got 11.00 (am) at the latest. Late orders will be handled the day after (weekdays). Time of delivery can be longer during holidays.

Receipt incl. VAT of your purcase is included in the delivery.
Complaint
We allways test your products during dellivery, still a card can be demagnetised or stop working by other reasons during it's time of validity. If your card stops working during it's time of validity you will, of course, get a new card (with the same validity) without a cost. Regret of purcase
When shoping at the E-shop, according to the marketing laws, you have the right to regret your purcase within 14 days. When using the regret rights shall a specific return note be filled and be enclosed the parcel in return. The customer pays the cost for the return freight.
Conditions to use the regret rights and for change goods are that the goods are unused, handled with care and are i unchanged conditon.
Reimbursement to customer will be made within 30 days after the goods are received Länstrafiken.
