E-shop and the domain e-butik.lanstrafiken.se is the common platform for Länstrafiken Örebro, Länstrafiken Sörmland and Västmanlands Lokaltrafik. The site is operated by the common own company Länstrafiken Mälardalen. E-butik.lanstrafiken.se/lto is the part of the site for Länstrafiken Örebro.

Purcase at the E-shop

At the E-shop you buy Länstrafiken bus cards easy, fast and secure - 24/7.
You must be 18 years old to purcase at the E-shop. Through ordering our products you also accept our Legal Aspects. All prices are given including VAT and freight.

We deliver only in Sweden.

Time of delivery

Received order will be handled in arrived order. We trie to send your order the same day (weekdays) if we got it 11.00 (am) at the latest. Time of delivery can be longer during holiday.

All orders are send by post.

Payment at the E-shop

Payment can be done via bank- or credit- cards or direct paying via your (Swedish) Internet bank.
The E-shop is not responsible for paymet done with check, stamps or cash sended in letter. That form of payment will not be accepted.

3D Secure is an technique made by VISA och MasterCard to verify that it's you that are using your card when purcasing on the Internet. The tecnique means when using your card to purcase product's or services on Internet it's your card provider or bank that are responding to verify you. All information given to the E-shop in connection with a purcase including card information (travel cards) in connection with our produktion and delivery is only used by us for assessment and realization of your purcase, delivery to you and managing of payments. Information about addresses will be automaticaly deleted if you do not fulfil any purcase within 13 months. Card information will be deleted after fulfiled delivery.

We do not give out any information to third part for other commersial purpose. Länstrafiken Sörmland AB is, for the E-shop of Sörmland, responsible for personal information and the use of the information given to the E-shop from you as a customer to the E-shop.

From the moment as you steps into the check-out are all communication between your browser and our server encrypted.
